Free shipping on all orders, unless mentioned otherwise.
3. Delivery Time
- Delivery usually takes 4 to 7 business days, depending on your location.
- Delivery time is an estimate and may be affected by courier delays, weather, festivals or other situations beyond our control.
4. Payment Options
- Cash on Delivery (COD) and online payments are available.
- Get an extra 5% off on prepaid (online) orders. The discount is applied at checkout.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details by SMS, WhatsApp or email.
6. Address and Contact Details
- Please enter a correct and complete address, pincode and phone number. We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery due to wrong or incomplete details.
- Please keep your phone reachable so the courier can contact you at the time of delivery.
7. Order Cancellation
To cancel an order, contact us before it is shipped. Once shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
8. Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please inform us within 2 days of delivery along with a complete unboxing video. Please read our Refund Policy for full details.
